Logging In For the First Time: New Members

Registering for Online & Mobile Banking Within Two Weeks of Launch

Please call our Contact Center at 888.499.FIRE (3473), or come to the branch. Our representatives will be happy to assist you in registering a Username to access your Online Banking. You will need to have a valid email address on file to receive a temporary password.

1. Enter your Temporary Username and click Login

3. Choose Security Questions

 4. Choose a Confidence Image

This image is personal to you and only you (no one else knows the image you have chosen). This extra measure of security assures you that you are visiting our official Online Banking Platform and not a fraudulent phishing website.

Once you’ve selected a confidence image for your account, it will appear every time you enter your Username on the login page for either Online or Mobile Banking.

You can choose from our extensive collection of images, or upload your own.You can change your image as often as you like.

5. Confirm or edit your email and phone number 

This information must be current to allow you to take full advantage of the new Multi-Factor Authentication options.

7. Get started with Digital Banking 

You can finish filling out your profile information, view your accounts and balances, or start customizing your digital banking experience.

 

Registering For Online & Mobile Banking Two Weeks Or Later Post-Launch

You may register for Online Banking through either the desktop version or the Mobile Banking application. This was not the case with the current system.

 1. Click on “Register” (Desktop) or “Sign Up Now” (Mobile Application)*

You will need your joint membership number and an email on file.
