New Online & Mobile Banking

Logging In For The First Time: Users of the Current Online Banking System

If you are a Primary Owner of a membership and you use the current Online Banking System click here.

If you are a Joint Owner of all your memberships, click here.

If you have Never Registered for the current Online Banking System or if you have just recently joined the Credit Union after we launched the new Online & Mobile Banking System, click here.


Primary Owner Log In Information

1. Retrieve Your Username:

A new Forgot My Username tool on the SF Fire Credit Union website will allow you to obtain the pre-registered Username via your email address on file. You will be able to change this Username when you log in to the  new Online Banking system by clicking the Security tab under Settings.

 You may not be able to retrieve a Username if:

  • You were not enrolled in the current Online Banking system
  • You do not have a valid Social Security Number on file
  • You do not have a valid e-mail address on file

If you are unable to retrieve your Username for any reason, please call the Contact Center at 888.499.3473 or 415.674.4800, or visit a branch. Our representatives will be happy to assist you.

 

2. Enter your Username and click Login
If you were not enrolled in the current outgoing Online Banking system, please follow the instructions noted below for New Members.

5. Choose Security Questions

6. Choose a Confidence Image

This image is personal to you and only you (no one else knows the image you have chosen). This extra measure of security assures you that you are visiting our official Online Banking Platform and not a fraudulent phishing website.

Once you’ve selected a confidence image for your account, it will appear every time you enter your Username on the login page for either Online or Mobile Banking.

You can choose from our extensive collection of images, or upload your own. You can change your image as often as you like.

7. Confirm or edit your email and phone number
this information must be current to allow you to take full advantage of the new Multi-Factor
Authentication options.

8. Get started with Digital BankingYou can finish filling out your profile information, view your accounts and balances, or start customizing your digital banking experience.


If You Are A Joint Owner on All Your Memberships (with no memberships on which you are the Primary Owner:

You may be able to retrieve a temporary Username using the Forgot Username tool on the website. You must have your own valid email address on file.

If you are not able to retrieve a Username, the Forgot Username tool will advise that it cannot locate your record. Please call the Contact Center at 888.499.3473, or contact us by live chat, or visit a branch. Our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Your next steps will change depending on how long after we launch you register for the new Online & Mobile Banking.

Registering for Online & Mobile Banking Within Two Weeks of Launch

Please call our Contact Center at 888.499.FIRE (3473), or come to the branch. Our representatives will be happy to assist you in registering a Username to access your Online Banking. You will need to have a valid email address on file to receive a temporary password.

Registering for Online & Mobile Banking Two Weeks or Later Post-Launch

You may register for Online Banking through either the desktop version or the Mobile Banking application. This was not the case with the current system.

 1. Click on “Register” (Desktop) or “Sign Up Now” (Mobile Application)*
