Extra Awards Point Redemption in Online Banking

We’ve simplified the online process for redeeming points by incorporating Extra Awards Point Redepmtion into SF Fire Credit Union’s online banking – which means you have one less website, account number and password to remember.

How To Redeem Points

  • Online: Click on ‘Extra Awards Rewards Program’ at the top of your Visa’s transaction history within Online Banking
  • Phone: Contact the Extra Awards Redemption Center at (877) 909 – 1450 between the hours of 6:00AM and 6:00PM (Pacific) Monday through Friday.
