Text Phishing Fraud Alert - April 29, 2012

Some of our members have been contacted via text message by individuals who are “phishing” for personal information by stating that the member’s card had been deactivated. Please remember that SF Fire Credit Union will never ask you to provide information such as: credit card or debit card numbers, social security numbers, etc.

We work with companies who help us monitor for suspicious activity. If such activity is detected, please note that you may be contacted by or asked to contact one of the following phone numbers:

  • Credit Cards: 800.411.8498
