We work diligently to protect our members from fraud. One way this is accomplished is by placing a block on your card when we identify unusual activity, which could include a questionably large purchase or a transaction in a city you typically do not visit.

Avoid Restrictions on Your Card

Notify us in one of the following ways to ensure that you'll be able to use your debit or credit cards without any restrictions while you are away from home.

Mobile Banking - you’ll find the “Submit Travel Notification” area under the “More” menu.
