Take Action Now to Protect SFFD Firehouses

San Francisco Supervisors are proposing cuts that would bring back brownouts – the daily closures of engine companies in neighborhood firehouses throughout San Francisco. The San Francisco Fire Department has made extensive reforms, cut waste and bureaucracy, and dramatically improved efficiency – and shouldn’t be forced to cut neighborhood firehouses that are the first line of defense for fires, medical emergencies, and major disasters.
